Lindsey and I have been consistently counting calories for weeks now. It’s going great. So far I’ve lost 11 pounds! I didn’t think I was losing so I stopped checking the scale for a while then weeks later when I did I was very pleasantly surprised. (I’ll let Lindsey update you on her progress)
I hope to get back to working out more again, life has really gotten in the way. Soon, hopefully tomorrow or this weekend.

Congrats! Keep up the great work! (Now I need to get with what I am doing…! I have an activity monitor that I just started using. Hooks up to the internet. I thought I was doing good with my 3 days of water aerobics and 1 day of Zumba, but it averages out the 7 days and basically showing me that I pretty much sit the rest of the time!! eye opener!! Yikkes!
Oh that’s great an activity monitor, what one do you use ? How do you like Zumba? I haven’t tried it yet.
I hear you, my app tells me that I’m not very active on my days off. I walk a ton at work but other then that just around the house it’s not enough at all! So I understand where you are coming from there! Sounds like you are doing great though, no matter what it’s averaging out to.
